LeRoy C. Chadwick

LeRoy C. Chadwick was born February 2, 1900, in Grouse Creek, Utah, to Charles and Clara Cook Chadwick, the family later moved to Perry, Utah. His sisters are: Effie, Lela, and Lida.

On December 27, 1923, he married Ruth Horsley of Brigham City in the Salt Lake LDS temple, she died in 1974. They had a son, Carl H. and a daughter, Alice.

He later married Betty Reagan.

He attended Utah State Agriculture College in Logan and was employed as a civil engineer for the United Sates government in Utah,Washington and Arizona. He worked for John Galbraith, Columbus Ohio, surveying townsites in Minnesota and Arizona. He was an active member of the LDS church, while living in San Jose, California; he served a six months mission in the Phoenix, Arizona, area.

LeRoy C. Chadwick, age 86, died February 28, 1986 at his home in Jackson, California and is buried in Saratoga, California.
