Wilford Francis Richins

Wilford Francis Richins was born November 20, 1887 in Grouse Creek, Utah a son of Albert Francis and Mary Jane Jones Richins.

His brothers and sisters are: Albert Sidney, Eliza Harriet, George Robert, Annie Jane, Louisa Emaline, William Alma, Orson Chester, Joseph Ether, Newell, Wellington Irvin, Orita Ellen and Nola Mary.

He grew up on the homestead at the head of the Grouse Creek Valley and attended school there.

Wilford Richins, Willard Hales and Albert Richins

He married Lillian Paskett on April 18, 1908 and they were the parents of seven children. She preceded him in death with the birth of their seventh child.

He married Hattie Lovina Paskett on April 7, 1927 and they had four children.

His children are: Orva Wilford, Sarah LaRaida, Elsie Drucilla, Lillian Lucille, Myrtle, Curtis Wilford (who lived only three days), Leola, Edgar Gayle, DeVerl, GeNeal, and Wallace Dean.

Wilford was a farmer and rancher and a member of the LDS Church.

He died as the result of an automobile accident on February 7, 1969 and is buried in the Declo, Idaho Cemetery.
