Raymond H. Brizzee was born December 22, 1884 in Etna, Utah a son of Henry and Ester Catlin Brizzee.

His brothers and sisters are: Emily, Lulu Belle, Etta, Viola, Laura, Grace, Edward and Eleanor.

He married Edna Moore on May 15, 1915.

His children are: Kenneth R. and Faye B.

Raymond was employed as and Engineer for the Southern Pacific Railroad and a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.

He passed away on August 17, 1984 and is interred in the Ogden City Cemetery, Ogden, Utah.
