Christine Paskett Richins was born May 27, 1895 in Grouse Creek, Utah, a daughter of Philip Andrew and Emma Richins Paskett. Her family included two sisters: Annie and Rose.

She married Charles A. (Art) Richins and together they had a son, Dellas and daughters Pearl and Irene.

She was a home maker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Christine died September 19, 1976 at her Sparks, Nevada home and she is buried in the Mountain View Cemetery.
