Fearzmore (Phil) Lee was born in Grouse Creek, Utah October 2, 1887 a son of Joseph Bracken and Mary Ann Mecham Lee.

His brothers and sisters are:  Joseph Valentine, Mary Ellen, Isaac Franklin, William, Edward, Lorenzo, Hannah Bell, Lucius, Casper Earl, Lester, and Alfred.
