Theodore Melvin Kimball was born June 14, 1879 in Salt Lake City, Utah a son of Samuel H. and Martha Isadora Schofield.

He had a sister Clara.

He died on February 7, 1885 of Diphtheria and is buried in the Grouse Creek, Utah Cemetery.
